PAR Sensor

Sunlight has a tremendous impact on the lifecycle of almost all creatures on this planet. For plants as an example, light is a key factor in photosynthesis reaction that matters to their survival. Different species of plants, and even different growth stages of the same species would require different degrees of light duration, exposure, strength, and radiation range. The industrial-grade PAR sensor monitors the PAR in environments with natural light sources across a radiation range from 400 to 700 nm and provides important parameters for researchers and farmers. This PAR sensor is robust with an IP66 enclosure and is able to withstand a wide range of temperatures from -30°C to 75°C, unlocking applications in harsh outdoor environments to support photosynthesis, solar, and ecological research, as well as the sensing in smart agriculture, greenhouse farming, tourism, meteorology, etc.
